FRHD is committed to responsible stewardship of the role entrusted to it as a Special District. It is cognizant of the importance and value of association with institutions and agencies to assist, guide, inform and educate on matters and issues that impact or may impact the health and well-being of the population that it serves. As such, the District aligns itself with organizations that provide access to diverse resources to support its’ important endeavors.
