What is Hands-Only CPR?
Hands-only CPR training involves only chest compressions and calling 911. Save the life of a friend, family member, or stranger.
Learn how to keep a cardiac arrest victim alive until paramedics arrive. Hands-Only CPR focuses on the first few minutes following a cardiac arrest since the lungs and blood contain only enough oxygen to keep vital organs healthy for that amount of time.
Offered to the community at no charge monthly.
Please be advised this class will not provide the certification requried for professions such as teachers, although it covers the same informaiton.
