The Center will be temporarily closed from December 2, 2024, to January 13, 2025.

During the December to January closure, we’re pleased to accommodate select District events, support groups, and meetings in our FRHD's administrative building located at 138 South Brandon Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028. 

These gatherings will continue on their originally scheduled days and times, and will meet at FRHD's Administrative Office:

• Be Well Yoga: Mondays, 10am-11am
• Lifestyle Change Program (Friday morning & Tuesday evening groups)
• FRHD's Chair Yoga Program: Tuesdays & Fridays, 12:30pm-1:30pm
• Fallbrook Planning Group (Tuesday, December 10th, 10am-11:30am & Wednesday, December 11th, 9:30am-3pm
• Caregiver Wellness Community Support Group: Thursday, December 5th, 9:30am-11:30 am
• Michelle's Place All Cancer Support Group: Wednesday, December 11th, 10a-11a
• Bereavement Support Group: Thursdays, December 5th - January 30th, 10am-11:30am

Construction timelines can be unpredictable, so while we aim to stay on schedule, please note that the closure may be extended if necessary.
