Bill and his family moved to Fallbrook in 2006. Bill's education includes a degree in History and in Water technology. Professionally, Bill works in the water operations industry. Bill has represented the District at many community and state wide events; as well, as at the State Capitol. Bill has been a longtime advocate for youth sports and fitness activities, and was responsible for spearheading the District's Youth Fitness Grant program. He has served on the facilities, strategic planning, and government relations committees for the board and was chair for 2023 and 2024. Bill's efforts have focused on the development of the wellness center, and the modernization of district programs and procedures.
