Tai Chi moving for better balance (Tai Ji Quan) has been shown to improve balance and mobility and reduce the risk of falls. Join us for this gentle yet powerful practice aimed at improving balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Tai Chi offers a calming way to enhance physical and mental harmony while reducing stress. This class can be conducted from a seated or standing position.
Registration is not required. Simply drop in to attend class!
