Join us for a fun and calming experience designed for the whole family!

In Mindful Family Moments, kids and grown-ups learn simple, powerful ways to slow down, breathe deeply, and reduce stress—together.

Through playful movement, guided breathing, and easy-to-follow mindfulness games, families will discover how to:
  • Stay calm during busy or stressful times
  • Improve focus and emotional awareness
  • Strengthen family connection through shared presence
  • Build healthy habits that last a lifetime

This class blends evidence-based practices from mindfulness, meditation, and yoga in a family-friendly way—no prior experience needed! Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or caregiver, this is a chance to grow peaceful practices together in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

Why It Matters: The Science of Mindfulness

Research shows that practicing mindfulness as a family can:

  • Lower stress and anxiety in both children and adults
  • Reduce symptoms of depression and emotional reactivity
  • Improve sleep, digestion, and focus
  • Strengthen immune function and heart health
  • Build stronger family bonds and communication

We’ll share brain-friendly explanations (great for both curious kids and adults!) to show how mindfulness helps us thrive at home, at school, and in everyday life.

Who Should Attend?
  • Families with children ages 10+
  • Parents, caregivers, and kids looking to de-stress
  • Anyone curious about mindfulness and how to bring it home
