The word narcissism gets tossed around a lot, but what does it mean in the context of real relationships? In this workshop, we will identify subtle and overt signs of narcissistic abuse, unveil the emotional toll of gaslighting, manipulation, and control. Most importantly, discover steps toward recovery and reclaiming your sense of self.
