Whether you're looking to improve your balance, build strength, increase flexibility, or reduce your risk of falls, our Mobility Programs offer safe, low-impact classes designed to help you move with confidence at every stage of life.

Mobility Mondays

Move with Confidence at Every Stage of Life. 

Mondays: August 3rd, September 14th, October 5th, and November 2nd

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Build strength, improve balance, and stay active through our free monthly series designed to help you move with confidence.

Monthly Class Topics: 

August 3rd - Fall Prevention: Learn simple movements and tips to improve balance, strength, and confidence to reduce your risk of falling.

September 14th - Fall Recovery: Discover safe ways to get up from a fall and build the strength and flexibility to protect yourself during unexpected slips.

October 5th - Importance of Posture: Explore how good posture supports mobility, reduces pain, and improves breathing and energy throughout the day.

November 2nd - Home Exercise Program: Seated or Standing: Create a simple at-home routine with seated or standing exercises to stay strong and mobile.

Tai Chi for Mobility 

Tuesdays from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Instructor: Tyde Richards 

Location: 1636 E. Mission Rd., Fallbrook, CA

Class Description: Designed for individuals with mobility challenges, this class focuses on gentle movements that assist in physical coordination and improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

This class is designed for beginners with little to no Tai Chi experience.

Tai Chi for Flow & Mastery

Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Instructor: Tyde Richards

Location: 1636 E. Mission Rd., Fallbrook, CA

Class Description: Ideal for those with prior Tai Chi experience, this class refines technique, deepens understanding of Tai Chi principles, and enhances fluidity in movement through guided practice.

This class is designed for intermediate students with prior Tai Chi experience.
